The conditions that govern access to and use of HomesByVida services and coverage plans.

By accessing or using the HomesByVida website and related services, each visitor and user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions described in this document. If any part of these terms is not acceptable, access to or use of the services should be discontinued. HomesByVida reserves the right to revise these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication to this page.
HomesByVida provides a platform through which homeowners may explore home warranty coverage options, submit quote requests, and manage service-related communications. The platform is intended solely for informational and service-related purposes. All content published on the site, including coverage descriptions, plan details, and educational material, is provided for general reference and may not reflect every specific contractual term applicable to an individual plan.
Access to and use of the HomesByVida platform is available to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and legal residents of the United States. By using the platform, each user represents that they meet these eligibility requirements. HomesByVida reserves the right to deny service to any individual who does not meet eligibility criteria or who engages in conduct inconsistent with these terms.
When creating an account or submitting information through the platform, each user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresentation of property condition or personal identity, may result in termination of service and may affect the validity of any active coverage agreement. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Coverage provided through plans available on this platform is subject to the specific terms of the individual service agreement entered into at the time of enrollment. Coverage applies only to systems and appliances in proper working condition at the time coverage begins. Certain exclusions, limitations, and service visit fee obligations apply and are detailed in the service agreement. HomesByVida does not guarantee the availability of specific technicians, parts, or services in all locations or circumstances.
Service requests must be submitted through the designated channels described at the time of plan enrollment. Once a request is filed, a vetted service provider from the local network will be assigned. The service visit fee is due at the time of the technician's visit, regardless of the outcome. HomesByVida is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technician availability, parts sourcing, or natural events.
Fees, payment schedules, and renewal terms are specified in the service agreement at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed according to the agreed billing cycle. Failure to maintain payments in good standing may result in suspension or termination of coverage. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly described in the applicable service agreement or required by law.
Either party may cancel the service agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms described in the specific plan document. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing or through the designated service channel. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the terms of the individual plan and applicable state regulations. HomesByVida may terminate coverage at its discretion if the terms of service are violated.
HomesByVida's liability in connection with any claim arising from the use of this platform or any service agreement is limited to the lesser of the amounts actually paid under the relevant plan or the cost of the specific repair or replacement at issue. HomesByVida is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind. The services are provided on an as-available basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated in the applicable plan documentation.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which the primary service address is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions contained in the individual service agreement.
