How It Works

From sign-up to repair complete.

1

Choose a Plan

Select the coverage tier that matches the home - Essential, Whole-Home, or Legacy. No inspection required. A quote takes minutes.

2

Submit a Request

When something breaks, a service request is filed online or by phone. A vetted local technician is assigned and arrives within 24 to 48 hours.

3

Get It Fixed

Pay the flat service visit fee at the door. All covered parts and labor are handled through the active plan - no surprise invoices, no extra calls.

Quick Answers

Common questions about plan coverage.

Can plans be adjusted after signing up?

Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or paused at the start of any new billing cycle. Optional add-ons such as pool equipment, septic systems, or second refrigerators can be layered onto a base plan whenever the household's needs change.

Are pre-existing conditions covered?

Coverage applies to systems and appliances that were in proper working order at the start of the contract. Conditions that existed and were known prior to coverage beginning are not included. No inspection is required, and the declaration of working condition is made by the homeowner at sign-up.

What is the service visit fee and how is it paid?

The service visit fee is a flat amount paid directly to the technician at the time of each visit. It covers the cost of the diagnostic appointment. Any covered parts and labor beyond that are handled through the active plan at no additional cost to the homeowner.

Ready when the home is

Quiet protection for a house that's already home.

A short questionnaire, a transparent quote, and coverage that begins the moment a plan is signed. No pressure to upgrade, no fine print written to confuse.
